Refund policy

If something is not right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and free of damage. An emblem that has been mounted, or a mount whose adhesive backing has been peeled, is not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. We review each situation carefully to make sure things are handled fairly.

Drop designs are made to order in limited runs. The same 14-day window applies, but once a run is closed we cannot replace a returned item with the same design.

Arrived damaged? Email us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it. That is a replacement, not a return.
